Since 2018 we have been quietly building the digital backbone for businesses across Uttar Pradesh and beyond — consulting, software, cloud, and now an edge data center. Registered, audited, and accountable.

Addroit Nexus began in October 2018 as a proprietorship founded by Prabhat in Lucknow, with a simple observation: businesses in Uttar Pradesh were buying technology from metros that neither understood them nor stayed accountable to them. Websites were delivered and abandoned; servers were sold and never monitored; "digital transformation" arrived as an invoice, not an outcome.
We chose the opposite trade: stay close, own the whole stack, and grow only as fast as our support quality allows. Today that stack spans thirteen service lines — from IT consulting and cloud hosting to SaaS platforms for shopkeepers and gig businesses — and our most ambitious project yet: an edge data center in Lucknow, backed by our own IRINN IP space and NIXI peering plans.

Founded in Lucknow
GST registration effective 10 October 2018. First clients: local businesses needing honest websites and IT support.

Formalised & expanded through the pandemic
Full commercial operations from November 2020; Udyam MSME registration February 2021. Remote-first delivery matured; education and local-commerce work grew as UP went online.

Repeatable SaaS products for shops, gig companies and service businesses; managed cloud practice launched; TAN obtained as the team and vendor network grew.

Founder-led, engineer-run
Prabhat — Founder & Principal Consultant. A hands-on technologist who still reviews architecture on every infrastructure engagement. The founding conviction: trust is a feature you ship every week, not a slogan. Around him is a compact bench of engineers, designers and operations specialists — deliberately small, deliberately senior.
Why Lucknow? Because the market moved. UP's capital region now hosts IT parks, STPI facilities, a startup ecosystem and lakhs of students graduating into tech — while remaining dramatically cheaper to operate in than any metro. Talent stays when interesting work exists at home. We intend to be a reason it stays.
