The picks and shovels of Bharat's digital decade
Addroit Nexus pairs a cash-generating software and services business with a hard-asset edge infrastructure play in India's largest under-served state. This page is the overview; the roadmap and full pitch go deeper.
Three waves, one company positioned under all of them
1 · Bharat comes online to transact
UP's 24+ crore people are past the "first smartphone" phase — they now order, pay, learn and run businesses online. The software they need (shop apps, gig platforms, coaching LMS, billpay) is exactly our SaaS catalogue — priced for this market, in its languages.
2 · Compute moves to the edge
India's DC capacity is concentrated in five metros while latency-sensitive demand spreads everywhere. Hyperscalers build giga-campuses; nobody serves the tier-2 edge. Our Lucknow facility — then a 7-city UP fabric — fills that structural gap.
3 · Data localisation hardens
DPDP Act 2023, RBI payment-data rules and CERT-In directions all push data toward Indian — increasingly in-state — infrastructure. Local capacity with clean compliance is becoming a procurement requirement, not a preference.
Boring strengths that compound
- Operating history, not a pitch-deck company: registered and GST-liable since 2018, MSME-registered, TDS-compliant — seven years of clients, invoices and lessons.
- Revenue before the raise: consulting, software and hosting generate cash today; the raise accelerates infrastructure, it doesn't fund survival.
- Cost structure of Lucknow: senior engineering and operations at a fraction of metro cost — the same rupee builds more here.
- Two-sided flywheel: every SaaS client is a future edge-hosting tenant; every edge tenant needs software. Distribution and infrastructure feed each other.
- Policy tailwind: UP's data-centre policy incentives (land, duty, power) and the state's aggressive digitisation agenda work in our favour.
Ask for the data room: model, pipeline, site options, vendor quotes.

Three ways to participate
Seed equity
Primary capital for the Phase-1 edge pod, network build and SaaS go-to-market — the core of the current raise. Structure discussed per investor (priced round / convertible).
Venture debt / asset finance
Racks, UPS, DG sets and cooling are durable, insurable, income-attached assets — a natural fit for equipment financing alongside equity.
Strategic partnership
ISPs, carriers, DC operators and anchor tenants: co-build the Lucknow node, pre-commit capacity at founder terms, or bundle our SaaS to your customer base.
