Smriti AI · Showrooms and Retail

Your whole stock, one scan away

Staff photograph the stock on their phones; Smriti AI turns it into a tagged, searchable product gallery. QR codes on displays open the full range, festive lookbooks assemble themselves, and new arrivals become Instagram reels the same day they reach the store.

The Offer

The wedding-gallery engine, retrained for retail

Smriti AI for Retail is an AI-powered media gallery for showrooms and retail stores — the same engine that organises wedding memories, pointed at your inventory instead. Jewellery sets, sarees, sofas, ACs, cars and bikes are photographed on ordinary staff phones, auto-tagged by category, colour and occasion, and served to customers as a fast, beautiful gallery — in the store through QR walls, and outside it through WhatsApp and Instagram.

Built for the counter, not the back office

No product-data spreadsheets, no studio shoots, no cataloguing shifts. A salesperson photographs a new arrival between customers; auto-enhance cleans the shot; tags land on their own. By the time the piece reaches the display, the QR beside it already opens the full design family — every shade, every size, every price on request.

What You Get

Six jobs it quietly takes off your staff

Auto-tagged product galleries

Jewellery, apparel, furniture, electronics, car and bike showrooms — AI tags category, colour, material and occasion so anything is findable in seconds.

Shade & variant grouping

The same design in six shades or four sizes appears as one card with variants — customers compare in one view instead of scrolling past near-duplicates.

QR walls in-store

A customer scans the QR beside a display piece and sees the full design family — with price on request routed to the counter or to WhatsApp.

WhatsApp catalogue export

Send a curated selection to a customer in one tap, or wire the gallery into the WhatsApp Business API for enquiries at scale.

Staff upload with auto-enhance

Phone shots are brightened, straightened and background-tidied automatically — counter lighting in, catalogue quality out, no editing skills needed.

New-arrival reels

Fresh stock becomes a vertical, music-backed reel for Instagram and WhatsApp Status the same day — consistency your followers can set a clock by.

How It Works

From counter to catalogue in four steps

Shoot on phones

Staff photograph stock as it arrives — between customers, no studio, no special training.

AI tags & enhances

Category, colour and variant tags land automatically; auto-enhance makes every shot presentable.

Publish everywhere

QR walls in the store, a link on WhatsApp, lookbooks for the season, reels for Instagram.

Customers respond

Scans, shares and enquiries flow to the counter — you see which pieces get opened the most.

Know what the market is looking at

Every gallery comes with plain-language insights: which designs are opened most, which shades are shared, which QR wall works hardest. Stock the festive collection with evidence instead of instinct — and when you are ready to sell online, the same catalogue plugs into an e-commerce store we can build on top of it.

Who It Fits

If customers ask do you have more designs — it fits

Jewellery showrooms

Every set photographed and grouped by design family. The counter shows one piece; the QR shows the hundred behind it — with price on request.

Apparel & boutiques

Sarees, lehengas and suits grouped by shade and fabric. Festive lookbooks assemble themselves from tags — Karva Chauth to wedding season.

Furniture & decor

Room-wise galleries and finish variants. Customers browse the full range from the sofa they are sitting on — literally.

Electronics & appliances

Model lines grouped with specs on request; new-launch reels the day stock lands; clearance lookbooks when it must move.

Car & bike showrooms

Every variant, colour and accessory kit in one scannable gallery — and delivery-day photos your customers happily share onwards.

Festive lookbooks

Diwali, Eid, wedding season — tag-built collections published as elegant lookbooks with one link for broadcast lists and Status.

A note on people in photos: product galleries are about products. If staff or customers appear in shots — try-on photos, delivery-day handovers — we keep those to consent-first albums with the same opt-in and deletion rights as our event galleries, in line with the DPDP Act.

Straight Answers

Retail galleries — asked and answered

Do we need a professional photographer?
No. The system is designed for staff phone photos — auto-enhance handles lighting, angle and background tidy-up well enough for catalogue use. Many stores still commission professional shots for hero pieces and campaign banners, and those slot into the same gallery alongside the everyday uploads.
Can we keep prices hidden?
Yes — price on request is a first-class mode, common in jewellery and furniture. Customers browse designs freely and tap to ask the price of a specific piece; the enquiry reaches your counter or WhatsApp with the exact product reference attached. You can also show prices openly, or mix both by category.
How do customer enquiries reach us?
Each product carries an enquire button that opens WhatsApp with the product reference pre-filled, so your staff reply from the number they already use. Stores on the WhatsApp Business API can route these into a shared team inbox with assignment and history — useful once enquiries cross a few dozen a day.
Is this an e-commerce website?
Not by itself — it is a catalogue and gallery, deliberately free of carts and checkout friction, because most showroom sales still close at the counter or on WhatsApp. When you want online ordering, the same catalogue becomes the product base for an e-commerce store we build on top, so nothing is photographed or tagged twice.
How fast do new arrivals go live?
Minutes. A staff member photographs the piece, the AI enhances and tags it, and it appears in the gallery and on the relevant QR walls immediately — the new-arrival reel is drafted the same day. The pleasant side effect: your Instagram and your physical shelf finally show the same stock.
We have four outlets. How does multi-store work?
A central catalogue holds every design once; each outlet gets its own view, its own QR codes and its own enquiry routing, so customers see what their store actually stocks. Management sees chain-level insights across outlets. Multi-store pricing is a custom quote — it depends on outlet count and catalogue size.
What happens if we stop subscribing?
You export everything — original photos, tags and product data — at no exit fee, and the gallery closes at the end of the paid period. On request we delete all stored media and data completely. We would rather keep stores with usefulness than with lock-in, so leaving is deliberately undramatic.
Will it work on our store internet?
Almost certainly. Customer scans ride on their own mobile data, not your Wi-Fi, and staff uploads are queued so a patchy connection just means a short delay rather than a failure. Galleries are built light for ordinary 4G — a customer on a budget phone sees the catalogue in a couple of seconds.
